What's L.I.F.E. About?

This 60-minute lunch-time only training session is a great Lunch and Learn opportunity for companies, organizations, and groups. Participants will engage in a fun and engaging activity that explores the functional vocabulary for communicating about diversity, equity and inclusion.

This early evening 60-minute session is designed for the concept to linger, like a mint. Participants will engage in a fun and engaging activity that explores the functional vocabulary for communicating about diversity, equity and inclusion.

Participants will begin by engaging in a fun and engaging activity that explores the functional vocabulary for communicating about diversity, equity and inclusion. It will address unconscious bias, stereotypes and discrimination and suggest strategies for improved communication in a diverse society. This training session is customized for an intimate group of 25 or less participants.

Break out sessions will be used to discuss benefits and challenges in a diverse workforce as well as address tools to "start the conversation" about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace AND at home. This extended, in-depth customized training session is customized for an intimate group of 25 or less participants.
