Donna Marie Woolwine-Moody has over 25 years of experience in higher education specifically in the areas of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training and organizational development/consulting. Additionally, she has experience in facilitating engaging Workshops, Roundtables, and various types of Presentations. Donna has been an adjunct faculty member at St. Louis University since 2000.
In the world of DEI, many programs are guilt driven or shaming. Donna's approach is NOT that! She is realistic with her conversations, discussions, and materials however, her spin uses humor that is so absorbing that you walk away with an opportunity to expand your knowledge.

Donna earned a bachelor's degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations from St. Louis University and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University. Donna resides in Illinois and is the proud daughter of USAF Ret. Donald and Essie Woolwine and mother of one son and an even prouder MiMi of one adorable grandson. Last but not least, she is a smooth jazz vocalist who has performed in musicals and a number of entertainment venues in St. Louis and Las Vegas.
